Despite being worth US$58-billion Microsoft's big boss Bill Gates is now just the world's third-richest person, ceding the No. 1 ranking to Berkshire Hathaway's top honcho Warren Buffett, whose net worth jumped US$10-billion to US$62-billion. Ranked No. 2 is Mexican telecom tycoon Carlos Slim Helú, the owner of America Movil, whose fortune has doubled in just two years to US$60-billion.
